there were about 250 general surgery programs, i applied to 95, because most of them had the graduation year cut off thing, and i researched extensivley about which one were img friendly, and i wanted to apply to 100 but i could find anymore programs that would fit my qualifications

Bidd i am surprised that you could get 90. My research took me to only 18 programs that did not have cutoff and were sponsoring H1. Maybe you have no visa issues!!!!

and still doing my research but hopeless until now.

well i graduated 5 years ago and i have a greencard

also, there were some programs that required "chairman's letter" and i did not even apply to them, should i ignore this requirement and apply?
