I am hearing many things about post match, that it is all bogus, even if they have unfilled positions also, they'll say they are filled when we call them. How far is it true. can any one comment on thia??

Usually they reserve them for recommendations. Due to internal politics if they cann't accommodate then they call others. Looks like are an IMG. It will take long time to understand these politics...
