Hello every body,
I have few questions regarding the paediatric case:
1. In the telephonic call how should I start asking the questions? I mean what should I say in the very begining?
2.In the telephonic call if any one in the parents tell me that i cannot take the child to the hospital b/c of any reason,( may be I am busy with my other children) so can U tell me ethically what's the correct answer?

I think we must stress the importance of the child being present whether its an emergency case or a non-emergency case.
One more question Are you Dr.Taherunissa Syed?

NEVER EVER SAY NEVER IN medicine the exception to this is
never ever treat a patien over the phone, get them to bring the child in. The only exception to this is giving instructions over the phone to someone doing cpr, heimlich, tx first aid for poisoning, and this is only done while ems is llready on the way.
GOOD LUCK AND GOD BLESS YOU SYED.
