i have 4 weeks to prepare, have no one to practice with and have full time job, what are the right sources to study from? what books are important? i am planning on UW cases, have very very limited clinical exposure in real life!!
can someone guide me?

Hi usmleman2 ,
i think UW cases are good. everyone says that they are enough & i agree. if you dont have anyone to practice with , then practice with yourself. talk to yourself and counsel yourself loudly. at least that is what i did. lets hope that works.

Definitely UW is very good, it tells you what to ask and what to do and it also has some videos, for me it was enough (all cases were there in one form or another) also try to stay as much calm and relaxed as you can, good luck.

Practice with the clients from work, start out with a Chief Complaint and some made up vital signs.
First write five differential diagnosis and five diagnostic procedures and then give yourself ten minutes to build a focused history and physical.
