thanx ..i tht the same E and c .. in second case C as heparin induced starts after 7-10days

only PTT is raised....with normal renal function and normal level of fibrinogen....it cant be anything else

All adult should should be immunized against diphtheria and tetanus every 10 years.
Heparin...PT..N, PTT..Prologed. BT..N PLatelet..low, RBC count..N.

A...Low platecount, Prolongd PTT..Ecchymoses at veinpuncture site..All it gives a clue to heparin induced thrombocyto penia.. @coolzone, Fr heparin induced thrombocytopenia can occurs in 2 to 3 days..
