Even if we suspect Cushing's the first test to do is an Overnight Dexamethasone suppression test and only if Abnormal do we do a 24h Urine free Cortisol test . On the other hand for Pheo all we need is a Urine Catecholamine test!

u do A, if the HTN still exist then u do further investiagtion, they clearly say she is overweight, she has no features of cushings not sign/sx of pheochromocytomam, also r/o by renal us
