Please never take it easy. Prepare very seriously. It is very important exam. If you fail, it will give you avery very bad name cause people think you have a grave communication problem and no one is willing to take you. I know there are examples who got residency with attempts in CS but exceptions are never rules. First ipmression give you interview and then your performance decides what you will get.

helo, this is bull shit, i know first attempt in all exams is best but it does not mean that if u fail in cs this is the end of everything, even all of the US doctors know that this exam does not judge much about a canditate, they judge about the communication skills during the interview, so don`t feel scared, do ur best and try to pass in the first attempt amd if u don`t, review ur mistakes and reappear for that. main purpose of cs exam is ecfmg certification, so u must need to pass this.
