when u destruct rbcs...hb is released whch is seen in urine...its nt rbcs..
when rbcs r seen in urine it means some kind of nephritic syndrome leading to increaed permeabilty of glomeruli..

blood positive is due to myoglobulin not rbcs thats why we check for rbcs,if no we confirm its myoglobinuria causing such blood positive test.as both hematuria an myoglobinuria gives same color n blood positive.
