ohmygod you are very wrong. If you are Indian then search the residency training requirements of institutions like

http://pgimer.nic.in/code/admproc.htm

See how hard (impossible) it is , for forgeiner, to train in India. It needs government to government long lengthy negotiation along with usual tests for even one forgein person to get residency in India.

Jobs, most hospitals mention Citizens only in job advetisements. In government applications one needs to provide a funny cerificated called Domicile and they discriminate even on basis of State.

If you are European, then in the UK, there are clear guidelins and laws about not to recruit IMGs to training jobs.

www.mmc.nhs.uk

If you are middle eastren then there it is IMPOSSIBLE to get training residency slot even if you are non saudi born in UAE.

If you are in Australia, the rules are so stringent that you need citizenship even to apply for in training exams of the Royal Colleges.

So please first go back to your country and change system, than beating a bush in United states, which atleast gives a second thaught about immigrants.

Examinations dont carry much importance in your home country either when it comes to looking after your own.

In India would you get a job, in his quota, if you score more than so called SC. NO

In Europe examinations are fail and pass and no one is judged by scores but by passports.

In UAE they will deport you next day if you start asking jobs over citizens.

In South America they will do worse.

So dont pollute here, go back to your home and start human rights movement there.

Firstly, I didnt want to offend any body but just tell the facts. I did not assume that you are Indian but 6 out of 10 chances are that guys here are. So it was basic statistics.

If you are European, then you would know what European Diplomas offer, pass and fail
Membership exams offer, pass and fail. I am not talkin about GCSE etc.

I think as European you would know what an IMG s fate will be in Poland, Germany or the UK. I am not even mentioning Finland and France.

EU is strictly (and openly) for member states and is not even 1 / 100 th supportive as compared to US.

Go back to your Kindergarten penny lanes and ask them will they consider an american or Indian or brazilian over your countrymen in giving training? Every one knows answers.

Even if you were canadian then also, can you expect american to get a job there over a canadian?

Yea Call of duty 5: world at war is coming soon. Any interested in online matches? Playstation/ x box players both welcome

"If you are European, then you would know what European Diplomas offer, pass and fail"
what do you mean by that?
I am a EU citizen and I have no idea what you mean by the above statement.
I agree however that the US is more open to foreigners than many other countries.
Europe is open to EU citizens- no exams needed either to work or train in another European country.
well good luck to all.

I am ex EU citizen (like ex human or ex ferrai man) with membership and trained in EU, no one ever asked my scores or attempts but just a diploma date, and thats without exception, in three countries.
You do need membership before starting training in UK and Ireland and EU diploma to work as a specialist.

Well lets leave Europe behind and hope we do well in match. If EU was worth it we would not have been here ( and thats as simple as that).

Hope we make it and practise without fear of rain.
