The patient's medication history showed use of estrogen without progresterone for control of post-menopausal symptoms and thyroid for hypothyroidism.

i don't know may be the physciscian ordered estrogen(HRT)b/c there is no harm of endometral ca=c.

The Correct ans is CCC:

Clue here is "medical history showed use of estrogen without progesterone for control of post-menopausal symptoms". to help prevent the adverse effects of HRT (ie. endometrial cancer), estrogen should be given with progesterone, but this is not needed in pts with a history of hysterectomy.
