i have heard all about wu cases,, not much about the other,,, so i belive wu is better then the earlier one.

uw 88 notes is more informative, shaher's is more practical. My advice is, do both so if you are doing a case of lung cancer on shaher's software, read uw note about the same case. this way, you will cover the case from all aspects. if you are using shaher cd, use the new cd, it is better than the old one.

I bought shaher CD and found it contains around 10cases which they all did it for us. I do not know how to use that to practise CCS. please help. Thanks

You are supposed to learn from shaher how to manage a case, when to order, move, discharge when to do interval checks and in between gives you differentials n hints to move on. It is just an interactive tool on autopilot. As UW is all about the approach and in a written form. So reading from UW and seeing how the case is supposed to go (shaher CD) gives some insight then you practise the UW/FA case on the USMLE CD to know if you have mastered the moves.
