yes, it's possible if you want to be black listed by programs and being sued for breech of contract.. you have your signature there and you know how people like to sue here in the states.. they may or they may not.. but why take the risk right?

besides if a program can't trust you with your word and signature then other programs won't think higly of you as well. Advice: rest now and be thankful that you got that contract on your hands..
