I would suggest you to read FA and UW and master all cases fisrt and only you have time go through these additional cases ..

25)42 yo drug abuser with purple bumps on his legs for 2 weeks(cryoglobulinemia)
26)32 yo with itching all over
27)27 yo with 1 week h/o swollen right leg
28)82 yo black m with swollen leg with pain SOB, US + for DVT ,CT + for PE(oclt maligncy)
29)24 yo 1 yr h/o diarrhea skin rash,wt loss
30)16 yo passed out after runnig 400 yard dash at the track meet
31)34 yo m with h/o iam turning yellpow
32)20 yo with several hours of nose bleeding
33)70 yo with tinglning of hand and feet
35)30 yo F with joint pain fatigue and weakness for 1 year ( evrybody will get a case like this
36)22 yo F with chest pain and palpitation
37)68 yo F with acute onset nause and head spinning
