To all of you doctors who finished step 1 or studying for step 1:::

1:Are u guys reading Kaplan notes or memorizing it ?...

2:How about watching the videos?....what is ur advice about this?....

3o u have a study plan?what subject is better to start with?

4:what about Goljan audio and RR?...

5:What about FA ?...n is there any difference bt 2008 and 2009?because i have 2008.

5:what is the difference between UW and UWSA?and when is the best time to start the questions?

I swear to god that Im confused and i Need an honset advice from u doctors?

is it difficult questions?...I do not think it is harder than step 1 questions......well..maybe it is harder cuz i think everyone asked her/himself the same question when start studying for step 1?...I'm still waiting for someone to write down something .....

Follow Goljan Audios for Patho & 100 page review in the end
Kaplan notes + Videos for Physio,Biochem ,are a must
Micro follow "Made ridculously simple"
Anatomy (Mostly people do follow Kaplan....But the concepts should b good)
For others I think wait for some other people responding

But these are the ones that I am sure of

Second part of Question
UW= USmle world (at www.usmle world....Online Question Bank= Excellent)
take NBME 2,3,5,6 when in the lats part of prep(preferably a month before exam so to C where u stand,If the score is above 500 then "u r in good hands")I havent seen good reviews about USmle world's Assesment test here

you need to learn the concepts of each chapter, sometimes you need to memorize things.
the second read you should associate the concepts. example: anatomy with pathology etc.

Don't forget to make questions when you finish a book. example, if you finished microbiology go to make question about micro.

Goljan an RR are the best to pathology. no more.
i have F.A 2008, i cant tell you what is difference.

you should start to studying as you started in the university, I think the best way.
the best time to start question (NBME,UW) 2months before your test.

this is methodology of a friend.she got excellent score.
