Hi.........How do you spot the difference between 5a-reductase deficiency verses Androgen-receptor insenstitivity verses 21-hydrolase deficiency? What the key clues that I should look for when doing a clincal question?

5a-reductase deficiency: 1) normal testosterone/estrogen levels 2) ambiguous genitalia til puberty
Testicular feminization syndrome: 1) high testosterone, estrogen and LH 2) normal appearing female w/ female external genitalia
21B-hydroxylase deficiency: 1) high sex hormones 2) HYPOtension 3) decr. cortisol & ald. manifesting low Na and high K
