He is Serology +ve & Lft slight +ve or Serology +ve but Lft 3 times or serology +ve only

i never read about serology, if pt has chronic hepatitis and symptomatic, do liver biopsy and if activity high trerat it, i will treat all 3 if there is dis activity on biopsy, will not wait for enzymes to go up

How will you say..activity is high..
You treat only chronic hepatitis only if he is replicating virus by .. 1. HBV DNA is high 2. Hbe Ag is positive No biopsy criteria..Any input

it will be high in aute infection too, so will u treat it in active infection
