if sp presents with knee pain as c/c, with no history of trauma, in that case in addition to inp, palpation and ROM, are we supposed to do drawer tests and mc murrays tests also

i had a case of old female complining of joint discomfort i did all the exam n did mcmurry n drawer too n the time ran out she was insisting theer was no trauma to her knees shud nt have done it..compromised on my closure n now i m worried

its always better to provide extra care for pt -if you overdo is no problem if you underdo it - then its issue so Relax you did fine - tell them you just want to assure that you just want to be extra conscious
