all of them. fluctuating here and there. Some neurotransmitters fluctuate a little more in some spots than others while less neurotransmitters are released there and here. "ZAP!!!" there goes another one from me thinking while typing out a response to this question. )

They are all out of whack but acetylcholine is most implicated

In the case of Delirium, irregardless of the etiology the sympathetic drive of the CNS in certain parts of the brain is very, highly active. But, very intersting its mainly acetylcholine. Thanks.
