how is Harlem pediatrics program? any idea pls?

Applying to our program:
We have 8 categorical positions and we recieve a large number of applications each year for these positions. Selection for interview is based on a number of factors, including academic performance, clinical performance, etc. We only review COMPLETE ERAS files. We begin to review applications on September 1st. Our deadline for receiving applications via ERAS will be December 15 * We accept J-1 visa applicants and H-1 Visa applicants if the applicant has taken and passed USMLE Step 3 prior to the Match * We do not have minimum USMLE score requirements, however it is preferable to have passed USMLE Step 1 & Step 2 on the first attempt * Applicants should either have graduated medical school or been employed as a physician within two years of the current application season. Observerships and externships are not considered as employment as a physician * We do not require US clinical experience * At this time, we do not offer externships/observerships/clerkships * We do require an ECFMG certificate prior to entry into the program * Applicants must have passed USMLE Step 2 Clinical Knowledge (CK) & Clinical Skills (CS) before starting as a first-year resident * Applicants preferably have passed USMLE Step 3 before starting as a first-year resident

All the residents that are currently in PGY-1 at harlem pediatrics had given step 3 prior to submitting applications.And they only take 8 candidates every year.
