Important regarding NRMP quota - mtv

DO match comes out this Monday, Feb 8th. So if your program takes both MD's and DO's, then check the NRMP directory quota after this date, because depending on how many DO's match to their program this monday, their quota can either increase or decrease.

You are totally right dude.Most likely, the sit left will be given as prematch I think, because
I don't think PD can change quota anymore due to deadline past January 31,10.

well, my source is from the PD who IV'ed me this week. he said that after the DO match, depending on how many DO's match to their program this monday, the # of quota for the MD's can either increase or decrease.

may I ask who are your sources?

DO seats not same as MD
for MD seats all AMG, DO, IMG, FMG, who have cleared usmle can apply through NRMP
for DO seats only DO who passed comlex apply. for more info on DO

the quota on nrmp u see is only for MD seats. no change of quota after feb-8. no more prematches.
