histones are synthesized ( not secreted!) in the S phase..
cyclins are synthesized in G1 and G2..
Polymerases: G1 and G2
SnRNP's, same thing..
tubulins: during M phase..
Dnases, not sure about those!!

DNases: i think they are expressed in G2: if any mistake was made during replication, they would function to nick, and hydrolyze those mismatched, if any occured!!

RNA polymerases main function is to transcribe DNA into RNA... which is part of the gene expression.. and gene expression, as a process, occurs ''mainly'' in G1, G0, G2 phases..
