IN DEHYDRATION WAT HAPPENS TO RPF ,GFR , FF ?

all decrease.... as Renal blood flow decreases...

RPF reduces
GFR also reduces but not as much as the renal plasma flow
FF = GFR/RPF. As GFR suffers lesser decrease so FF will increase

wait a second...

the chronology will be...
dehydration----> blood flow decrease -----> RENIN will be secreated ---->> constriction of EFFERENT arterioles so RPF decrease ... GFR INCREASE and FF Increase ..

OH... I am so impulsive at times...

Hi Labetolol. Haven't taken step1 yet but its just around the corner. I don't get to use the forum as much as I used to. Will be back to you guys after my exam
