Hi!
My form 186 was recently rejected by ECFMG saying that the signature did not match the one they have on record. The Dean in my school has changed. So my questions is, if I resent my 186 along with a letter from the school saying that so and so is the new dean, will the ECFMG update its record and accept my form.? Also, can I send( ask my school to send) both the documents together to their Office?

Your school should resend your 186 along with headed letter showing the new dean &vice dean names &signatures &the ecfmg will update their records,&yes your school can send the 2letters in one sealed envelope.hope that help!
