Vit E
Degeneration of a) spinocerebellar tract- ataxia, dysarthria b) dorsal column- loss of position and vibration sense Vit B12 Demyelination of a) spinocerebellar tract- same as above b) Dorsal column- same as above and c) lateral corticospinal tract- this might be the differentiating feature- UMN lesions signs such as hyperreflexia, increased tone etc.
