one things for sure you have besides intelligence is hope and persistence ,these things will take you to your dream. If there is no way you make a way. Do not look at self as looser, if you were looser you were not here, but some times the things do not play the way we want.

But i have a question why not Archers lectures instead of PR? which one is better?

I tried Archer's and Kaplan they were good, well I mean Kaplan I defenitely felt needed supplmenting, so I did archer, got 410 on NBME two weeks before the test, 58 in USMLEworld, 60 in kaplan, and 72 in NMS through Iphone.

I really felt prepared and good to go, first results came back as 73 so I mean I was crushed but felt if I concentrate on ccs where I had messed up 5 out of 9 cases I'd pass, so I scheduled the test for two weeks later and did 150 cases of CCS, felt that I had mastered it to my surprise not only was my over all score lower but ccs was the exact same as the one where I missed five cases. So to answer your Q in the long winded way, I am merely trying new material. I don't know if it is superior?

amal it is strange that your name means hope in Arabic, but let me tell you I had a show down with a clinical coordinator the other day when I confronted her with her insesitivities toward folks who have invested all their years and money into this and received some of the most venmous diatribe back telling me I'd never mount to anything and that my application and I quote her is 'appalling' (along with current rejections and failures) I really can't find a cell in my body that either speaks of 'intelligence' nor hope.

I have seen posts regarding Premiere review. I have 2008 audio and notes and have tried so many times to go through the audio but just could NOT bear the very thick accent and it seems like he keeps saying "highlight that, it is very very important" many times so I might as well highlight the whole book.

Does anyone else feel the same? Do you guys listen or just go through the notes alone?

I just listened to ten minutes of his cardio.. I think I am used to all kinds of accents by the way the archer set he also has an accent plus some sort of URI or he was allergic to some of his students because he wouldn't stop sniffling and sneezing.. you just learn to filter it out I guess.

notes on their own are sort of dry but that is just my humble opinion..
