Goljan says G2.
Raymon explains that it inhibits telomerase II soproduces strand breakage but would be at the end of S phase, before repair begins right? anybody has some idea?

FA says it inhibits topoisomerase II.

oopps sorry about that yes it's topoisomerase II

yes,eTOPOside is G2 phase drug and inhibits TOPOismerase 2.
Easy to remember??????

recall molecular biology ..... topoisomerase 2 /dna gyrase underwonds neg supercoils in g2 phase, so etoposide wrks by inhibitting this , hence on g2 phase

etoposide, teniposide are similar in structure andv in fuction .they bLOCK s-g2 phase of the cell cycle.mode of aCTOIN INHIBITION OF TOPOISOMEARSE 11.
