what test can diagnose that? thanks in advance. my exam is in 4 days..

Hydrogen breath test: After ingestion of 50 g lactose, a rise in breath hydrogen of > 20 ppm within 90 minutes is a positive test


Empiric trial of a lactose-free diet for 2 weeks leads to resolution of symptoms

from the history that given by patient is the best soruce for dx, and then u can do elmination diet to see if patient get better....another one milk challenge test or hydrogen breath test....etc.....i beileve the diet elimination is our best approach as initial
