for B12 deficiency, most common causes -malabsorption, lack of intrinsic factor and absence of terminal ileum(less likely in this case) and a very large liver reserve .

Should be G , because of B12 stored in the liver B12 def. symptoms will take a long time to appear.

G. is the correct response.It is a simple question...you only have to know that B12 deficiency take 2-3 years to develop.

B12. "After 2 years" - liver storage (despite it water-soluble)
B6 - wrong, cuz usually shows up earlier.
