1.presence of HBsAg in serum for six months or longer after recognition....
2.Anti-HBs Ag IgG /or Anti-HBc IgG 3-IgM Anti-HBc when HBs Ag has been cleared and Anti-HBs is not yet detected. (IgM HBcAb indicates recent disease ,and IgG HBcAb sinifies chronic disease) 4.Anti-HBsAg and no HBs Ag 5.HBe Ag detectable shortly after the apperance of HBs Ag and indicates viral replication and infectivity Anti-HBe..marker suggests the cessation of active viral application and low infectivity

3- window period apears after almost 2 months so it is mostly IgG HBcAb
4- and no IGg HBcAb ( which stays for a while in recovered HB B patient) Thanks alot though
