i dont know about the right answer but my mind says to go with BB
Because if the patients having involvment of deep cervical lymph nodes will add further management to remove these too....

If you didn't know the answer was B my advice for you is to go and review what cancer is and how cancer spreads, and as this person above me said, review what TNM staging is. I don't think the step 2 asks many questions asking you to stage specific tumors, but they definitely want you to have a general idea of what makes one cancer a higher stage than another.
