Sarcoidosis can affect any organ or system in the body by it's nodules formed.
Pernicious anemia is caused by lack of intrinsic factor that is secreted from stomach and needed to absorb vitamin B-12 from gastrointestinal tract. Gastric diseases are the main causes of vitamin B-12 .
Am some how trying to relate sarcoidosis with Vit B12 deficiency that would in turn be the cause.

PLs explain??? what's answer

pernicious anemia 's association can be w/ thyroid disorders, type 1 diabetes, ulcerative colitis, Addison disease, Helicobacter pylori infections

That's right E is the correct answer,
because pernicious anemia is associated with thyroid disease and adrenal disease(autoimmune)
