The correct answer is D. Glucocorticoids decrease
intestinal calcium absorption, but in and of themselves can lead to bone density loss and an increased risk for fractures. Oral phosphates can decrease intestinal calcium absorption and bone re-absorption of calcium. Bisphosphonates, decrease the serum calcium and increase bone density.

u give oral corticosteroids for elevate ca level?with GlucocortcosteroiD u can make worse situation becaUsE corticocteroids increase also Ca so the answer is CC.
and in vwd there is a option to give IVIG !

IVIG can be used in acquired vWD
Acquired vWD can occur in patients with autoantibodies. In this case the function of vWF is not inhibited but the vWF-antibody complex is rapidly cleared from the circulation |
