It is not just scores. USCE is v imp. So pick 1 specialty, focus & get strong LORs.

this is wat i want to knw,bcuz i started cuz of lack of guidance,nw want to but all effort where its possible for me,preparing for step3 also,but dont hv much tim,plz help,wud appreciate

frankly everything is competitive now and programs look for commitment.
you can try psych or fm.

Try to do observership in family medicine and pshyc. in a physician's office but would be better if in a hospital. Then try to get a recommendation letter from these places. Talk to your friend residents in hospitals to see if they can help you secure an interview. Keep positive. If you don't need visa, concentrate on USCE rather than step3. I had a friend of mine 7 yrs since grad and matched.

jmcj gave good ideas and also try & score well in step 3 and i think you need it for next match
