Guys unfortunately I did not match this year this is my 3rd year in USA waiting to get any post to continue my training...I need to be focused next year to apply for the IMG friendly programs only ,,,do any one have a list of IMG friendly programs for IM and FM and pediatrics.

I believe IMG friendly is the programs that support visas,,, but if you are allready in USA for 3 years that dosn`t matter to you,,,,

Research positions are difficult to get as fewer researchers have money to hire than in years past Research positions are also not advertised. Those with nih grants are more likely to have positions. You can search for investigators with NIH grants on http://projectreporter.nih.gov/reporter.cfm
