Hi fmg8! Good for you. It doesnt work for me. I woke up at 6 & not doing much since. I hate reading at home, already sleepy.. what should I do? lol

Lol. Take a break! Not all day... but watch a TV show. Something that gets your mind off of everything. Then come back to the books at noon.
I slept much later than I usually do, so that helped me a bit. Sleep deprivation is not good when you're studying, and I'm a bad sleeper.

I woke up at 6:00, prepared 3 kinds of meal for breakfast while trying to do Qs from my ipad. Yeah, I am doing all that and not feeling guilty. Reading at home is not for me ( I am now kinda motivated after reading some posts here. Thanks...

Tip for your sleep disorder (lol): always try to sleep before 12:00, even if it is 11:55 or 11:58 it works for me.

Thanks! I usually try to go to bed early, but I lay there without sleeping. I like to get up early. I study best in the morning.
