Q1) A 25 y/o M present to you in ER with palpitation, hallucinatory behavior and restlessness to point you call on security to help you. Pat stat that was a heroin addict and that 45mins earlier, he had self/inject his usual dose of “black” at this point you ask him what’s black and pat respond “tar” got from "Ma Homies". PE; you see pat distressed with BP: 160/80, P:135, mydriasis pupils, bowel sounds ↓ and skin dry & hot.

Drug most likely caused the pat signs & symptoms?
