no I don't have any link saying "apply again " on my page but still ,the waiting is a torture that you cannot describe...we will see in 3 days

Hey, Well this trick seems to play out correctly. Mine did the same thing but it wasn't until Sunday Evening. I don't see anything changing but just wait until Monday to make sure that stupid link doesn't show up. By Monday there is no link on that one page where it says your status/you may begin a new application blah blah blah blah, then party like a rock star. Seems like everyone with a link allowing them to begin a new application on that screen failed. Good luck, you are on the right track!!

Can you make it clear.. My eligibility expires at 31st oct 2015. Its says: Your step 3 application has expired and you may begin a new application at your convenience. So, what does that mean if we follow the trick?
