qikjon...no there is no penalty for order cancellation as long as you cancel before report times.. The CCS approach is so clear in Archer videos, follow the order in it and then practice UW

it depends on the situations, ordering wrong treatment can cost you some points

advancing the time with the wrong treatment order in place will cost you some points especially if the treatment order is harmful or contraindicated.
