I would advise, as a brother, to attend class with dr.raj [drraj78] as he teaches the concepts asked in USMLE,and he gives individual attention.

do as many questions as possible.

Hi, hope you got the pass. It seems like a review course may help to get over, but it looks like the problem is that the actual exam asks beyond what's covered in the courses in many instances. Again not for everything, but in many situations it seems. Unless it's just about reading carefully but quickly under time constraints... other suggestions out there?

try and work hard.
do many questions.
you can ask suggestions to dr.raj [drraj78] or I suggest to attend class with him.
read mtb 3 and do uworld repeatedly
