jboley, it depends on the coma case etiology but oin general, every 2 to 4 hrs so we know if they are responding. If responsive and getting more awake with treatments, you can defer intubation as long as gag reflex preserved

can anyone solve this case?
75 y/o man presented with Syncopal episode. He is alert now but dizzy when he stands up. In the ER, his heart rate was 45, blood pressure 80/40. Afebrile. Hx of CAD, DM type II. Real time : 10 min case Solve it?
