Yeah, they mostly don't even care about just the receipt, but the real CA letter only! That's what i found out from most of prog s website. But not sure about the reality.

PostGraduate Training Authorization Letter (PTAL) otherwise known as California Letter is a must!
Programs won't even open your applications without one. It takes 2-3months to process it and it even depends on the requirements and or deficiencies. |
