hello!!! i'm 80/88 cs passed and USCE/ psych..went to differents interviews but dropped out of match ...results for CK were late!!!!

i am an img from india,planning to apply in fp.
most of the programs ask for 1 yr clinical experience but no observerships or externships
what do they mean?when getting an observership is so difficult,where can we get this kind of experience? any ideas?suggetions?

yes most programs do want us clinical experience but only 15% img do have it that means 85% r like us so donn;t get panic they have to fill position and we r for it . select programs carefully and u will get interview if u r ecfmg certified .
work on PS CV , AND OTHER THINGS OTHER then usce .don;t die for it it was reallity few years ago when their was funding for research and lot of research r available now less funding less research less USCE and less demand .MAY BE LOT MY FRIEND ON THIS FORUM DON;T AGREE WITH ME BUT ITS TRUTH .
