in Asthma we have hypoxia hypocapnia in start then hypoxia hypercapnia later ..which is a bad sign

in pneumonia , CHF , PE : we have hypoxia ,hypocapnia .. esp in PE if not hyposia hypocapnia then it is not a DX of PE
correct me pls

in ASthma...
intial........low PO2...muscle work more,hyperventilation.....Low PCO2..pH=high.

LATER.......low PO2......muscle exausted ..hiGH PCO2...Ph=low.


In acute attack.NORMAL PO2 is a dangerous sign(respiratory muscle fatique)intubate patient
