woman is pure vegan and breast feeding her baby n her baby develops anaemia.wat is cause of the anaemia?
is it B12 def or folate def?

only b12 is derived from animal products....folic acid get from leafy veg cereals etc.

i think prob the mother is B12 deficient but the point here is not B12....the point is that most common cause of anemia in breastfed babies is pure and simple Fe deficiency anemia....as breat milk in general has low Fe content.......
