IT IS A CASE OF ATELECTASIS AND WHEN THERE WILL BE ATELACTASIS IN RT SISDE THERE WILL BE A SPACE CREATED IN RIGHT SIDE ABD LEFT STRUCTURE PUSH THE LUNG AND COME TO MORE TOWARDS RIGHTSIDE.
