bb for cholera and e.coli and pertussis.
in case of prtussis it inhibit Gi-gtp and therefore inhibit conversion of GsGTP TO Gs-GDP.

Cholera toxin inhibits the conversin of Gs-GTP to Gs-GDP,,,,B
Pertussis toxin inhibits conversion of Gi-GDP toGi-GTP,,,,,A It is important that both cholera and pertussis act by altering Adenyl cyclase pathway and prolong th functioning of adenyl cyclase and increase intracellular cAMP,,,but their mechanisms are different.
