what about something called familial bengn hypercalcemic hypocalcemia.........
hypercalcemia
low urine calcium levels
and normal PTH levels

answer is D
in absence of ligand the receptor is activated. so it'll result in increased absorption of calcium from the urine resulting is hypercalcemia and a low urinary calcium. the hypercalcemia will cause decrease in PTH secretion
