pulm fibrosis is restrictive while emphysema is obstructive
fibrosis would shoe thickening of the alveoli,while emohysems is destuction of aleoli

fibrotic change = hyperplasia as result of inflammation, injury
emphysema change = destruction of alveolar air spaces |
