When treating a patient with Lyme disease when would u treat with IV ceftriaxone?

cardiac: AV block, Myocarditis or Pericarditis
Neuro: meningitis, encephalitis, cranial nerve palsies or peripheral neuropathy

Facial palsy alone can be treated with doxy
