do all the valvular lesions need EC prophylaxis or is it MVP, AS, AR only?? Acc to kaplan it is MVP with regurg, AS, AR but not MS or MR . Please help

If you look into IE risks in the infectious diseases chapter, MR comes under high risk...while ASD, VSD comes under low risks...MS is moderate risk and so is HOCM...
